Duke City Mortgages will be a place to market and discuss the mortgage lending business in Albuquerque.  The process has become simplier over the last year because so many of these companies have gone out of business.  The recession has not been kind to the mortgage lending business and that doesn't look to improve soon. 

On the other hand, Albuquerque has avoided some of the large home price declines seen in Arizona, Florida, and California.  There are even some optimists around who think this is a major buying opportunity.
